    Medical Records

Information contained in a patient’s medical record assists in mutually protecting the medical needs and the legal interest of the patient, and the health care providers responsible for the patient’s care, by documenting the services provided to the patient during his or her stay.

Patients have a right to access their medical records and may request a hard copy of such records by contacting the Medical Records Department at (925) 779-3039.
