The hana® Table
Sutter Delta Is Proud to Offer Orthopedic Procedures Using the hana® Table.
The hana Table may look like a piece of exercise machinery, but this specialized table allows doctors to manipulate the patient’s hips, knees and legs to avoid extensive muscle tissue damage while better exposing the joint.
The hana Table helps minimize trauma to muscles and tissue during surgery, while allowing for X-ray imaging during the surgery for precise implant placement. Other benefits may include less bleeding, less postoperative pain and smaller scars for improved cosmetics.
If you have Original Medicare…
Sutter Delta Medical Center is participating in a Medicare initiative called the Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement (CJR) model. The CJR model aims to promote quality and reduce costs for care surrounding total hip and total knee replacements. The CJR model is expected to lower the cost of care to Medicare, but your costs for covered care will not increase due to these changes.
Sutter Delta Medical Center is working closely with the doctors and other health care providers who will care for you during your hospital stay and through your recovery. By working together, your health care providers are planning more efficient, high quality care as you undergo treatment.
Sutter Delta Medical Center has entered into financial arrangements with collaborating physicians who are helping to redesign your care, and who may furnish health care services to you. Under these agreements, Sutter Delta Medical Center may share payments received from Medicare as a result of reduced spending with collaborating physicians.
The following doctors have established a collaborator agreement with Sutter Delta Medical Center in order to share in financial rewards in the CJR model:
