Diabetes Education
This is a series of four classes about living with diabetes. Spouses and caregivers are welcome! The class is offered on Tuesdays, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Sutter Delta's Edna Fallman Center - View Map in Antioch. Pre-registration is required. Healthy Hearts Class
Learn to live well with hypertension, congestive heart failure or other heart conditions. This class is offered on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Sutter Delta's Edna Fallman Center.
