Community Class Registration
Ready, Set, Deliver
This four session class covers what to expect in your last trimester of pregnancy; signs of labor, making a plan for delivery and what to expect in the post partum period. Tips for care of the newborn are also covered. Pre-registration is required.

"Got Milk" - Prenatal Breastfeeding
(1 day class)
Not sure on the breastfeeding thing? Check out this class that provides information
discussing the benefits of breastfeeding you’re infant. This class is
taught by a nurse who is a certified lactation consultant. Pre-registration
is required.
Dates: Wednesdays March 19 (1 day)
Wednesday June 18 (1 day) Time: 6:00pm-8:00pm Cost: $25

New Mom's Support Group
Mom’s come be part of our support group which offers a place to meet other
new mothers and their babies. We have a lactation consultant available to answer
your questions and provide breastfeeding assistance.
Dates: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month Time: 4:00pm – 5:30pm in the Women’s Health Center Cost: Free Location: Sutter Delta Hospital
