    A series of four weight management classes to help you make lifestyle changes. Weekly weigh-ins will be offered. Topics include exercise, meal planning, grocery shopping and eating out. This class is open to Sutter members only. Next class : May 6
    This six-hour class is appropriate for first-time CPR students. The course includes adult, child and infant CPR techniques and foreign body obstruction relief techniques and is suitable for lay rescuers. Next class : April 26
